Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to the most common questions about Citadel.
What is Guardian Citadel?
Guardian Citadel is a self-hosted digital asset exchange and investment platform. You can trade spot markets, hold a multi-asset wallet, and subscribe to investment plans, all on infrastructure the operator controls directly.
How do I create an account?
Select "Get Started" or "Create an account" from any public page. You'll provide an email address and password, then verify your email before signing in for the first time.
How do I verify my identity?
Once signed in, go to the Identity section of your account to submit your verification details. Verification status is reviewed by the platform operator and may unlock additional account capabilities once approved.
Is two-factor authentication supported?
Yes. You can secure your account with an authenticator app (TOTP) or a passkey. We strongly recommend enabling at least one 2FA method from your account security settings.
What markets and assets are supported?
Supported spot trading pairs are listed on the Markets page, covering major assets alongside their BTC, USD, USDT, and USDC quoted pairs where available. The exact list depends on which assets and instruments the operator has enabled.
How do market prices work?
Prices are aggregated from external rate sources and refreshed continuously. Each price shown includes a confidence level based on how many sources agree and how recent the data is. If no source currently has fresh data for a pair, we show "Price unavailable" rather than an outdated or guessed number.
What are investment plans?
Investment plans are fixed-term or ongoing offers with a stated rate, payout schedule, and minimum/maximum amount, set by the platform operator. You can review full plan terms on the Investment Plans page before deciding whether to fund one.
How do investment plans work?
Each plan defines an interval (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or annually), a rate applied per interval, a payout mode (per period or on maturity), and a duration or lifetime term. Funding a plan requires a signed-in account with an available balance in an eligible asset.
How can I deposit funds?
Sign in and go to the Deposit section of your account to see the supported networks and addresses for each asset. Always double-check the network before sending funds.
How can I withdraw funds?
Sign in and go to the Withdrawal section of your account. Withdrawals are processed against your available (non-locked) balance and may be subject to operator-configured limits or review.
How do I contact support?
Use the public contact form on the Contact page for general questions — no account required. For account-specific issues, sign in and open a support ticket so our team can look into your account directly.
Where can I read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy?
Both documents are published in full and linked from the footer of every page, as well as from the Contact and Investment Plans pages.
